TempleVault is the membership system. This app only matches a linked face and sends attendance back.

Sign In

Open the attendance address you were given for this campus. Choose your role or type your email. Click Open Attendance. Ask the pastor if you forget the password.

Start the Service

1. Open Attendance or Events.
2. Click Start This Service on the TempleVault gathering (Sunday Service, or another listed event).
3. Use Start Local Service only if TempleVault has no event. Those present marks will not land on the live Sunday book.
4. Cameras and the webcam write attendance only while a service is in progress.
5. Click End Service when the gathering is over.

Who Is Present

• Names on the board are linked TempleVault adults who were recognised or marked present.
• Use Mark Present if cameras miss someone you can see.
• Sent to TempleVault means the push succeeded. Not Sent. Retry means try again or tell the pastor.

Recognise a Face

On Attendance, use Use Webcam or drop a photo. A confident match is marked present. A weak match goes to Review Queue. An unknown visitor is an usher alert only. They are not enrolled.

When the System Is Unsure

1. Open Review Queue.
2. For a low-confidence match, pick the linked adult and Accept as Present, or Reject.
3. For an unknown visitor, Reject (or leave it). You cannot accept them as a member.

Cameras Down

Use Mark Present. See the operator guide. Do not invent a local member record.

Do Not

• Do not create a member in this app. Search TempleVault and link a face instead.
• Do not enrol a visitor, a child, or anyone marked do-not-match.
• Do not turn off Simulation Mode without legal sign-off.
• Do not point a camera at restrooms, counselling rooms, or children's rooms.
